38 years banking experience with Barclays Bank has enabled me to have a full and varied career delivering financial solutions to clients to aid them fulfil their business goals.
In this time I have developed:

• People skills – working closely with individual clients, within the team structure of the Bank and in developing new relationships with Professionals within the networking community.
• Negotiation skills – looking for the right solution that benefits both clients and Bank.
• Corporate Finance & Analysis skills – developing an appropriate financial solution from a business plan and financial forecasts.
• Mentoring skills – working with members of staff to develop their own skills. Additionally assisting local schools in aiding students develop their own career aspirations.

I now have the chance to take an early departure from Barclays to allow me to focus my energy and attention on family matters over the next few months.
In the New Year I will be looking to utilise the knowledge and skill I have picked up over these past 38 years to embark on a new challenge, whether in Banking or Industry – I am open to suggestions and opportunities!
